“ITAS may pay an intermediary or broker an amount of commission for effecting a transaction that exceeds the amount another broker would have charged if ITAS has determined in good faith that such an amount of commission was in a reasonable relationship to the value of the brokerage and research services provided by the broker, either in terms of the particular transaction or ITAS’s overall responsibilities with respect to the account for which it exercises investment discretion.

All contents of this file and other related files are confidential and the exclusive property of ITAS. Any unauthorized use or review of these materials without written authorization from ITAS will invalidate all documents and commitments made by ITAS, and any parties violating this provision will be in breach of confidentiality.”
